    With over 20 years of experience and a watertight franchise onboarding process, we have developed a proven 90-day launch plan to take you from “New Owner” to “Grand Opening.”  Here is how we do it. 

    Pre-Onboarding

    Opening a swim school without building a pool is a different kind of launch. Before our 90-day onboarding journey begins, the most important first step is activating our “Art of the Partnership” strategy to help you identify and secure your first pool location.  

    This pool-rental model cuts the need for costly construction and allows franchisees to use existing pools at schools and community centers, leading to a lower initial investment and reduced operational costs. This ensures a confident start to your onboarding journey. 

    Phase 1: Days 1-30 | Building the Foundation

    The beginning of any new business is both exciting and daunting. We start with a corporate kick-off, introducing you to your dedicated support team and laying out the groundwork for a smooth launch. 

    During these first 30 days, we focus on:

    Phase 2: Days 31-60 | Building the Business re-Onboarding

    With the foundation set, we move into the heart of the 90-day franchise launch plan: assembling your team and finding your customers.  This includes: 

    • Hiring Your Heroes: We provide a complete playbook with job descriptions, interview questions, and training protocols to help you find the right culture fit.

    • The Tech Stack: Setting up your booking, billing, and communication systems.  

    Phase 3: Days 61-90 | Countdown to Launch 

    The final 30 days are about turning your plan into reality. We conduct a “Final Systems Check” of your team, technology, and facility partners to ensure a seamless experience.  

    This stage also includes: 

    • Curriculum Training: Dive into our proprietary curriculum, designed for all ages and skill levels, ensuring you can deliver high-quality swim lessons from day one.  
    • HQ Training: Franchisees focus on systems and operations training, while lead instructor’s complete aquatics training. This ensures that both the business and the water program are launch-ready.  
    • Facility & On-Site Readiness: Finalize facility logistics such as access, storage, lane and equipment setups, and complete a final operational walkthrough, so you’re prepared for day one. 
    • Opening Support: You aren’t just handed a key; our team is right there with you to troubleshoot hiccups and celebrate your first students.
