We’re excited to introduce Pam Tavilla, one of the newest members of the Hudson Valley Swim franchise family!
Pam has been awarded several territories serving communities in Northwest Boston, MA, with a planned opening in February 2027! After looking for an opportunity to build something of her own, Pam found a natural fit with Hudson Valley Swim’s mission of teaching an essential, lifelong skill while making a positive impact on children and families in her community.
Swimming has been part of Pam’s story for years. Growing up, she worked as both a lifeguard and swim instructor, giving her a personal connection to the world of aquatics. She also brings a professional background in Human Resources, where she has spent much of her career helping organizations build strong teams and create environments where people can thrive.
We’re so excited to have Pam on board and can’t wait to see her bring Hudson Valley Swim to families throughout Northwest Boston!
